- In a reselling relationship, the reseller is not an employee of ours, but instead acts as an extension of our marketing, sales and support operations. - What is a Web host?
- A web host provides the space for their customer's Web sites, they usually also provide e-mail addresses, software for order forms, shopping carts, security for online shopping and content management and so on. All of this is stored on a Web server - a computer with a permanent, direct Internet connection. - Q: Will my customers find out where their domain is actually hosted?

- A: You can choose either to have your customers contact us directly, or to support them yourself by asking us their questions. We will not contact your customers unless they ask us something directly.
- Q: How is payment made?
- A: In all cases, you will make full payment for all domains and features to us. You must collect your payment from your customers. If a customer of yours does not want to pay, let us know, and we will suspend their service until you tell us to resume it. You do not need to pay for the time a service is suspended.
- Q: How much should I charge my customers?
- A: Only you can make this decision. You can charge any amount you think is fair. Generally, it is not a good idea to charge a lot more unless you add some value-added service of your own, such as marketing / promotion consultation, design, or telephone support.

- What do I have to pay for?
- Depending on the service you are reselling, little or no set up cost will be involved, usually you will only need a Web Hosting account with us and a Web Site. You can build the web site yourself or pay us or another developer to set one up for you. To resell our hosting services a minimum of our Pack Leader Web Hosting Account is required. Most of the time you will be ordering products or services as you need them, no need to keep "stock" on hand.
