okay so we never actually wanted to disclose this but as our humble well wishers want us to showcase what we have achieved (mind it – *achieved*) so here we are.. presenting before you all.. the lady herself.. the prestigious *best customer service support*(CSS) trophy. After putting in much hardwork we have finally got it! Here’s to the team, Simran ( who has got these before) and Abhishek (who will now be referred to as award winning CEO, Mr Abhishek Bali). Congratulations guys!..2008 is in the mid and we are still hopeful. Not just becuase we like trotting around on the lake with a trophy in one hand and a drink in another, but because..oh well, We’ll lie another day but because we really really like trotting on a lake with a trophy and a drink. And then we can’t think of a better place to do that than Kasauli or Morni..so then here’s assuming that’s exactly what we shall be doing on. Yes we are the Best CSS, no no not cascading style sheet.. ok so fun is on the run.. with tequila and cola its always rock and roll”a”,, yea it was all there (except chicken) in the most happening party in town.. yes you are right.. none other than at our very own TPS party.. so dont be disappointed guys..even if you missed the party you can still catch up the next time as the celebrations for the same doesnt end here!! because we are soon gonna grab the next one too.. *rivals beware*..  we’ll brb with some more awards soon and will keep you guys updated!!

oh did i forget to tell you about the gratitude filled speech which our boss gave on stage..?? ok it went like “itni shidhat se maine tumhe paane ki koshish ki hai… ki har zarre ne tumhe mujhse milane ki koshish ki hai.. kehte hai agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaaho toh poori kaynath tumhein usse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai…aap sabne mujhe meri chahat se mila diya…thanks, thanks very much, kehte hai ki filmon ki tarah hamari zindagi mein bhi end tak sab theek hee ho jaata hai..happys endings…aur agar theek naa ho toh woh the end nahi…” (m getting a feeling of dejavu! heard it somewhere…hmmm.. yea the movie om shanti om.. oh our boss is great i didnt know he writes dialogues also- for movies.. sucha talented person he is!!) lol next he said some serious line like this :- ” And we have still not reached on the top, we need to work harder, and to make this all happen, we have now made our target for business in 2008 i.e. 30lacs rs Kyounki picture abhi baaki hai mere dost…”

(we hardly get time to “play”.. note it mr abhishek ) it should have been WORK.. and simply work work work..(yeah yeah yeah).. ok well coming to rain!! or rather the much awaited monsoon is here finally (too early than expected actually!!) and our “city beautiful” chandigarh is already many fathoms deep under the water! (oh did i just exagerate too much? ) believe it or not but its true! and what to say about our dearest chandigarh municipality. they think that they are always prepared for it but helooooo did i just say prepare?? (i have a knack of writing this phrase .. bear with me please) i think they are not even aware of it!! preparing for it is too far away as of now.. Worst affected is our “second home” – TPS (Techno Port Solutions) which recently got a new swimming pool!!( thanks to monsoon rains). Imagine working around the pool side.. (or even inside ) floating viao laptops.. with the employees swimming, wearing rubber tubes.. ok jokes apart.. i really wish this doesnt happen in real.. as in the non stop pouring rains and the poor drains – which actually overflow .. for the time being, all i wish is if MCC, can really help in draining out water right now or else we are already doing with buckets in our hands instead of laptops

When one of our esteemed Client Jaggi Jaswal Called us,today and discussed the new project details,.and he forgot to get few more details from his PC to his laptop, Our boss told him that he can get a reply to his project by tommorow 15th August , Jaggi was surprised that how can abhishek tell him to get a reply by tommorow, as it should be holiday, Then was the time when abhishek declared that he is coming to office tommorow inspite of 15th August the Indian Independence day,. And everyone started looking at him that he might say others to join him. But instead he told everyone to take a holiday,.and noone is forced to join tommorow.

But then he gave a choice if anyone wants to land in the office he/she can come,. And guess what ?? May be this is what abhishek expected from all, Yes ladies and gentlemen you guessed it right. We are OPEN TOMMOROW on 15th August 2007,.although it is a national holiday.
